– Warmly welcome, register, provide guidance, and extend assistance to our esteemed patients.
– Accurately gather and input patient data, diligently maintain daily activity logs, and ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions into our system.
– Act as a conduit for conveying pertinent medical or insurance-related updates to the relevant departments.
– Efficiently handle payment collections, maintain the integrity of cash drawers, and ensure accurate financial reconciliations.
– Thoroughly review medical records for completeness and address any outstanding financial obligations prior to patients’ departure.
– Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by professionally and courteously responding to incoming calls.
